Okay, I am gonna rate some...

RL's Mew - Interesting, though the EV's need to be changed a little bit.
If you have an annoyer I recommend you put EV's in HP, more HP makes you last longer (it's hard to explain though in this situation it is a bit better than having them in defenses), you can also put more EV's into more offensive catagories. So I recommend:

HP - 252 Sp.Att -252 Speed - 6

This Mew is sort of a Sweep Annoyer. Explosion is on there for when Mew is about to run out of HP (Optional).

Well that could also work, but I perfer having defenses higher, since defense is a little more important than HP (In my opinion).

HP: Since Swagger raises attack by 2 levels, The Pokemon may attack Mew and take away alot more HP.

Defense: Swagger's Boost will do less damage if it hits, but Mew has less HP.

They're pretty much equal.

Maybe someone should test this and see if Swagger's boost takes away more HP when Defenses are higher or when HP is higher (On the color stick).

For GSC:

{poliwrath} @ Mint Berry

Hypnosis
Rest
Mind Reader
Fissure

(Note: In order to get some moves, you have to raise a Poliwrath (from Poliwag) in RBY, and then trade him to GSC to get Mind Reader.)

Start off by putting the opponent to sleep, and then using Mind Reader + Fissure for a guaranteed KO. The only problem is that the opponent can easily switch Pokemon to evade Fissure (though they probably won't expect it, unless you used it against them earlier. If his HP gets low, use Rest, but make sure that you use Hypnosis first if you already used up the Mint Berry. You might want to bring an Elixir or two.

Oh, and if you're going up against a Shedinja, use this...

{sableye}Keen Eye @ Leftovers

Skill Swap
Mean Look
Toxic
Faint Attack

(NOTE: If you aren't going up against Shedinja, then switch Skill Swap with Protect)

When up against Shedinja, use Man Look and then Skill Swap to become invinsible. Then, use Toxic and Faint Attack to kill him off. Simple, no?

Ha, GK, sorry, but I think Smeargle is exempt, given its horrid stats. And by the way, power-up items like Charcoal or Mystic Water, are not as useful as Shell Bells, Leftovers, or Lum Berries when it comes to strategy.

~CrystalBlade's Poliwrath~
I've seen this before . . . somewhere. But it is useful. Lots of work, though.

~CrystalBlade's Sableye~
This is also good when using a 2v2 battle and Shedinja is on your team . . . just make sure a Tyranitar doesn't come out first.

unfortunately, the folks that made the game figured this little possibility, and wonder guard cannot be skill swapped :(

anyhoo, not to be pushy, but nobody rated my Ludicolo D:

Well, sorry about missing that Ludicolo, Mr Saturn. I'll take a look at it now. Looks okay to me. Initially I thought that a high Defense isn't enough, a high Special Defense is required too, but hey, Water's weakness to Electric and Grass attacks are neutralized by its Grass type, while Grass's weakness to Fire and Ice is neutralized by its Water type, so there isn't many Special Attack moves that are super effective against it, is there? So I suppose your idea can work :D

{slaking}@Leftovers | Careful | EVs: 252 Special Defense, 252 Defense, 6 HP
Hyper Beam
Amnesia
Curse
Rest

Here's the finalized set for Slaking that I have, natures and all. :D

And here's another Pokemon

{politoed}@Leftovers
Swagger
Counter
Rest
Perish Song? Or another attack such as Water Pulse?

I'm not very sure about this yet. Swagger to raise the opponent's attack, making them think that "hmm, i'd better use Physical attacks then." And when they do use physical attacks, you hit them back with Counter. Rest to heal back lost HP (obviously), and Perish Song when the opponent realises what you're up to ^_^

I like your line of thinking with Politoed, but it seems to me that without a trapping move, Perish Song is a fancy version of Roar or Whirlwind (which might not necessarily be a bad thing).

Sorry, Saturn, I was so sure I'd taken a look at your Ludi.

Thanks for the Slacking set, snow, it's added. :)

Don't know if it is very creative but I like to use it:

Jolteon@Leftovers (ingame)
[Timid nature]
EV's 252 Spd, 129 Sp Att, 129 Def
- Thunderwave
- Attract
- Bite
- Thunderbolt

Gives your opponent little chance of attacking, if it's not the same gender as Jolteon.

EDIT: Let's sticky this bebe (K)

Why how about that one {smeargle} I made with this:
Item: Quick Claw
1)Lock On 2)Mind Reader 3)Sheer Cold 4)Fissure

Now Smeargles may have bad status, but this does not really requier (bad spelling) those status since these moves kill enemies with one hit. And how about these......

{smeargle} Item: Quick Claw

1)Dragon Rage 2)Toxic 3)Nightmare 4)Spore

(With Toxic the opponent loses much HP and with spore and nightmare the enemy can't attack and will lose HP, finally Dragon Rage will always do 40 HP, and Smeargle only needs built up speed)

{plusle} Item: Magnet

1)Thunder 2)Quick Attack 3)Charge 4)Fake Tears

(The strategy is to lower Spe. Def. with Fake Tears then use Charge to power up Thunder even more. I know that this isn't the best strategy but it is a good one)

I approve. :D

Anyhoo, that Jolty I like. Standard Jolteon is almost ALWAYS a Passer. In fact, I like it so much, unless someone disagrees, I want to add it to the list.

~GroudonKing's Smeargle and Plusle~
Sorry, it probably feels like I'm beating up on you, but I'm really just not a Smeargle fan, nor do I have any real knowledge how to wield it effectively. I'll let someone else rule on these.

And Plusle, my little brother accidently happened upon a moveset that works really well for it:

Plusle {plusle} @ Leftovers
Ability: Plus
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Nature: Modest
~Fake Tears
~Thunderbolt
~Attract/Thunder Wave
~Encore

Attract or Thunder Wave to taste. My brother pawned Slaking with this, Attracting it, then lowering its Special Defense with Fake Tears, then catching it using Focus Punch with Encore and kept making it flinch. It's really wierd, it doesn't look like it would be effective, but it really is.

I agree with papersun in saying that Smeargle movesets should not be counted. This is because there is no such thing as a creative Smeargle moveset, since it can learn every single move. Therefore Smeargle should be exempt.

Anyway, I had a shiny Duskull and I didn't know what to do with it, so I asked a friend for a good Dusplops moveset which is creative. Ten minutes later he gave me this, and it works really well:

{dusclops} Pressure @Leftovers
Careful - Nature
EV's: (252 - Def) (252 - Sp Def) (6 - HP)
Taunt
Protect
WoW/Toxic
Shadow(Ball/Punch)

Taunt it, Toxic/WoW it, then alternate between Protect and Shadow(Ball/Punch). I also thought about putting a Chresto combo on their instead of the Shadow(Ball/Punch), though I don't know. I also am not sure about the EV spread. Dusclops could use the stats in HP though I don't know if it really matters, if so it would go like this:

EV's: (252 - HP) (129 - Def & Sp Def)

I have used it and it is a very effective staller, one of the best I have seen. The only problem is that it is a little slower than some others, though I think the trade off of offense for defense is worth it.

EDIT: I also wanted to ask, if a pokemo that has a Flash Fire ability uses Sunnyday, is the ability activated?

These are from the Gold & Silver era, but Rapidash could still work today. Kingdra cannot.

Rapidash : Bright Powder / Mint Berry
- Fire Spin
- Stomp
- Toxic
- Protect / Rest

Fire Spin traps 2-5 turns, Toxic for the poison, Stomp for the flinch. Protect is a filler.

Kingdra : Bright Powder / Mint Berry
- Whirlpool
- Toxic
- Headbutt
- Twister / Rest

Whirlpool traps 2-5 turns, Toxic for the poison, Headbutt for the flinch. Twister is a filler.

These were made after I discovered the Umbreon of the near same fasion, and developed a team stratagy based on being an arse. XP

Wouldn't Ninetales do a much better job at this?

Ninetales@Leftovers
[Bold/Calm Nature]
EV's: Def 129, Sdef 129, HP 252
- Fire Spin
- Confuse Ray
- Toxic
- Protect (Or even Flamethrower)

Okay, it can't flinch but it has more staying power.

Well I like Smeargle because they are like me... an artist. But here is a new one.

{shiftry} Item: Leftovers
1)Extrasensory 2)Faint Attack 3)Bullet Seed 4)Growth

(With growth all of the attacks will be more powerfull. This is (to me) best to use against an enemy that uses mirror coat since it will do nothing to Shiftry)

Bullet Seed doesn't seem to good on there since there is Giga Drain and Sunny Beam that are better in damage.

Er... lemme give this a go. Oh, and I'm new here. :D

{raticate} @King's Rock
Adamant
252ATT 252SPD 6HP

Super Fang
Screech/Scary Face
Facade
Shadow Ball

Sorta a Phys. Sweeper, Super Fang, then use Facade or Shadow Ball for ghosts. Screech for more damage or Scary Face for flinch hax. If statused, Guts+Facade do a lot more damage. But kinda dead to Steels though. I just thought there weren't a lot of Raticates around, so I made it.

{arbok} @Leftovers
Bold
252HP, 129DEF, 129SPDEF

Glare
Spite
Snatch
Bite

Um... Tank-destroyer. Glare to drop speed, then Spite or Snatch their moves, like Rest, then just flinch hax all the way.

Alakazam@Salac Berry/Leftovers
[Timid Nature]
Ev's: 252 Sp.att, 252 Spd
- Encore
- Torment
- Calm Mind / Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch
- Psychic

or

Alakazam@Choice Band
[Timid Nature]
EV's: 252 Spd, 129 Def, 129 Sp Att
- Trick
- Disable
- Psychic
- Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch

Trickbander. I think Disable works better then Encore.

I do see your point but I did fine in level 50 battles using Bullet Seed with my Shiftry, and Giga Drain would be the next best thing, but SOLAR Beam (not SUNNY Beam) maybe powerful but it thats too much time since it doesn't know Sunny Day

Actually I meant Sunny Day - Solarbeam combo, Sunny Beam is just a shorter way of saying it, like Thunder Dance for Rain Dance - Thunder Combo.

This thread has been inactive for about a week and a half . . . and it's all my fault!

But that's gonna change. ~Achilles' Alakazam~
I like it a lot. Question about Disable v. Encore - Is it legal for him to get both Disable AND Encore? If not, I think I like the first one a little bit better.

~Venumeleon's Raticate~
Seems a little standardish, though I love Raticate.

~Venumeleon's Arbok~
This one is good. I like Tank Killers. I'm gonna add it. If anyone has any objection, let it be known before Arbok gets too cozy on the list.

There, maybe we can kickstart this place back up into action. To our testers: Got any news for us? Turns out my beloved Flygon set blows? We should be using Schuckle as a Special Sweeper? Give us the news! And keep posting your movesets! :)

are all of them being tested, or just the ones you've chosen?

Anyhoo, here's a blissey! I posted this in the RMT section, but since it's so abnormal, I figured I'd post it here

Blissey @ King's Rock Trait = Serene Grace
EVs into SpAtk and SpDef or HP
+SpATK or SpDef - Attack personality

Rain Dance
Thunder
Water Pulse
Softboiled

looks like an ordinary thunder dancer, but it's a thunderdancer/status layer/Special Sponge pokemon! (yes, I love status layerers and annoyers) Serene grace DOUBLES the chances of status kicking in. King's Rock should double flinching rates, Softboiled for recovery (duh)

Also... I really hate to be pushy, but unless I'm blind, my Ludicolo hasn't been rated. If it has, please point me to the post, because I must not've caught it O_o
