Instead of listing them all, Im going to say i can trade any pokemon that you can catch in the wild in any region. Also, there are some other pokemon not listed on the breeding list ex. To get Munchlax, u need full incense, but i did not list Snorlax.

by legit i guess you mean...not glitched? Sry, Pachirisu is caught in a master ball but thats the only glitched thing about her, Pachirisu and rayquaza are the only glitched pokemon im offering. But im hoping to get a kyogre so i can get a regular Rayqauza.

Latias, Dialga, Giratina, Regis, Arceus, Shaymin, maybe others but...since my shaymin is Lv 70 they'd have to be at least 60.
(P.S Regis are your best choice since i really want them)

I have registeel lvl 40 and regirock lvl 40 but I think I might be trading the regirock...

I actually just got a Farfetch'd today so i am good for that. Since you are breeding your Lombre it would be nice to have a lotad instead, for pokedex reasons. Other wise that sounds fine. If you still want the five pokemon you asked for I wouldn't mind switching the farfetch'd for Pupitar if it is okay with you.
