Hello can I get a Ekans with Perfect SpA and Spd IVs I know its a wierd request but it is vital for my future Gen V Team I don't have much to offer but I can get a Pikachu from PBR that is Hardy, has Volt Tackle AND Surf which is otherwise impossible to get other than by hacks o.O or I can also get an Electivire also from PBR that is Adamant, has ThunderPunch, Ice Punch, Earthquake and Cross Chop. Both can be obtained without any EVs. If you want both, I also want a Forretress/Pineco that has 31 HP, 31 Def and 31 SpDef.

I won't need the Pikachu-colored-Pichu (because Sayo-Chan already traded one to me), so you can just trade any Pokemon to me holding a Soul Dew.
Anyway, that request may be a little difficult to complete because of how exact the IVs are, but I think there are other ways to get HP Ice 70. Is it ok if I tweak the IVs a little to make it easier (that is, if I can find an easier way to get HP ice 70)

Sorry to butt in, I just want to point out that I've seen event collectors looking for the PBR pokemon (OT PKTOPIA, iirc) on various forums, so they do hold some value. Also, the Yellow Forest Pikachu has Surf, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave and Quick Attack, not Volt Tackle. The PBR pikachu is the only one I've seen with both surf and volt tackle in its move set. (I'm not all knowing, but it's the only one I've seen with both moves)

True about Volt tackle but you can get a modest or timid pikachu from Pokewalker, and then you have a special sweeping pikachu
