Has anyone got any cosmic dust?? If so, how do you get it?? Please, I need the Dust to get Flaclloy!!

I've never heard of such an item, nor have I heard of something called Flaclloy. Can you make it clearer as to what you are looking for? Maybe you got the names wrong?

You may have been refering to Baltoy/Claydol. The item actually sounds like wild Claydol may hold it.

Flaclloy is the 4th Regi. Noone has ever seen it except my friend who was lucky enough to get a e-card of the Cosmic Dust. You give the Cosmic Dust to Prof. Cozmo and he awakens Flaclloy. You can catch Flaclloy in the Sealed Chamber. It looks like {regirock} except it is made of fire. My friend told me to cycle down Cycling road with a {zigzagoon} or another pokemon with Pick Up but it doesnt work which is why i am asking for help.

No offense, but, I'm 100% sure that "Flaclloy" doesn't exist. If it existed, it should've been announced or known by now, considering that they're starting to reveal the 4th generation already.

PS: And, to what I know, Cosmic Dust doesn't exist either.

Actually Prof. Cozmo lives in Fallabor Town, other then that this is all wishy-washy.

My friend has a official map of hoenn and in sealed chamber you find Flaclloy (well, thats what it says in the map). My friend has done it before.

Oh, and by the way Shadow Flygon, he hasnt been drinking lately(hydrated probably).

Sorry about all of this, but I'm sure your friend is playing a joke on you. He must be getting your hopes up in order to crush them. Really, if worse comes to worse you tell that ~Insert mean name here~ to show you this "Regi" and show it to us! Otherwise, there's no reason for us to believe you.
