Mystery Dungeon- DS Dual Slot Feature

Hey. My brother has Blue Rescue Team and I have Red Rescue Team. He found on the Net that the DS Dual Slot Feature will give us each a maze in the Makuhita Dojo of each other's team. However, when he tries it, it warns him that the game will be overwritten. What does this mean? Will the Dual Slot Feature erase either of our games?

It's practically the same thing as saving your game, because the previous save file has to be overwritten to make a new save file. PMD1 just worded it differently there.
Do tell me where you found this information.

It does unlock such a maze, but I know little of it except that it works.
