There is a great E4 guide on the main site. Just look at that, and make sure you have high-levelled pokemon with typr advantages. Also, bring lots of hyper potions and revives. |

I used Zapdos lv. 51 Thuderbolt Drill Peck Agility Shock Wave Moltres lv. 50 Flamethrower FireBlast Agility Fly Blastoise lv. 48 Surf Ice Beam Protect Rapid spin Rhydon lv. 42 Horn Attack Earthquake Stomp Rock Slide Pinsir lv. 53 Sword dance submission brick break guilotine + a whole bunch of full restores, revives, and full heals |
