So I'm pretty much needing a team rating, plz don't blame me the current team rater thinks my team is for RSE. Anyways here's the team(may post more members due to me always rotating members in and out of my Battle Box):
Sceptile@Bright Powder- Energy Ball, X-Scissor, Giga Impact, Earthquake
Aerodactyl@Life Orb- Stone Edge, Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw, Earthquake
Eelektross@Expert Belt-Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Dragon Tail, Crunch
Tentacruel@Leftovers-Hydro Pump, Sludge Bomb, Blizzard, Dazzling Gleam
Arcanine@Muscle Band- Fire Fang, Wild Charge, Outrage, Iron Head
Bisharp@Scope Lens- Iron Head, Night Slash, Poison Jab, Low Sweep
Please provide item changes that I can get from Battle Maison or by trading with another user. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place but rating center only appears to be rating Gen 3 teams.

You clearly don't understand. Maybe I don't play OU tier. But I have a few Pokemon that might be of use when they're EV trained, have items and movesets. Also Tentacruel has been switched out.

Please elaborate on how I "Don't understand" You asked for a rating and I rated your team and then gave you a way better set. I just used the OU tier as a starting place because it's a GOOD place to start when coming up with a superior quality team.

I'm more of a UU person. If you looked online you'd probably see a fair bit of UU Teams. Plus my team can win, its only a matter of whether the opponent decides to inflict status problems or has a powerful sweeper(ex Protean Greninja, Mega Kangaskhan etc). If you'd like I could post some BVs for proof and you can rate them based on battle performance, rather then judging books by their covers.

Haha I'm not saying it cant win you just didn't specify that that you had UU preferences. SO I gave you OU's that I thought were better. If you didn't want OU's next time specify. Also you wouln't run into a Protean Greninja or Mega Kangaskan (if you are playing by tiers) as they are Both ubers. It's a good UU team no doubt. I just think it's not as good as my OU team build. A lot of OU teams have a lot of statuses (i know this one doesn't it's a type coverage sweep team with a setup Volcarona)

@ OP: Have you ever started a game with a water type? Or have you tried having a major water type theme?
Also! What are the natures of your pokemon in your battle box?
