Kyurem was created when the "Grey Dragon" split into Reshiram and Zekrom. It's the leftovers of the Grey Dragon after this split. It can combine with EITHER Reshram OR Zekrom to form White/Black Kyurem.
The Original Grey Dragon was all 3 of them together. This cannot happen, yet (or maybe never).

Anyone else feel disappointed (or think it strange) that we never got this "Grey Dragon"?

Would be fun.
But still want this:
Drowzee (Firered): A descendent of the legendary animal baku, which is said to eat dreams.

I don't mind. The story is quite nice, but I like some messing up. Breaking an Arceus-like Pokemon into three isn't bad.

GF= Game Freak ;)

Or he's just yelling at his girlfriend for not finishing the game properly.

I never really cared about Kyurem mainly because I never bought B2W2.

I'm not saying that you aren't, by any chance, totally incorrect if you mean that as your final answer in which you hope is correct...

Yes.

I'm not too terribly disapointed. It would have been somthing to see, but it seems to me that Kyrem is a good enough. Rationally, if we really brought that in to the games, it would be four types, yes? Dragon, Ice, Fire, and Electric? Confusing much?

Personally, I think the "Grey Dragon" would have been pure Dragon, but would have learned all the signature moves. I couldn't imagine them making it four types. But it's nice to have a little bit of mystery behind its origins. Leaves more room for the fan theories!

It's a pity, but a Grey Dragon could be a Normal/Dragon type or a Psychic/Dragon type which would have learnt Bolt Strike, Blue Flare,
Glaciate and its own powerful signature move. It would be an awesome pokemon.... :) :)

…My God, this is kangaskhan's baby all over again…

Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem…

There won't be three Mega Dragons…

There will only be ONE! hehehe…hehaha…...MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA….HAHA…ha…heee……

But no, seriously, I was disappointed to see that the storyline was carried all the way through, but I still hold out hope that it will be expanded upon in the future. After all, Pokemon is subject to change; apparently, the Kanto starters aren't just the "Kanto" starters anymore. It makes you wonder just what Birch was going to do with those "Johto" starters if you never finished your 'dex in Emerald, and what Steven was doing with the "Hoenn" starters in Kanto, doesn't it?

Sorry… It's just that Kangaskhan's baby has been speculated about for years, with people waiting for Game Freak to do something with it. Now they have, in the form of Mega-Kangaskhan. I was using it to tie into my "speculation" that Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem would have a joint Mega Pokemon in the form of the Grey Dragon, another "pokemon" that has, and will be, talked about until something is officially done.

Best. Pokemon. Ever.

*On-Topic*

Ah. Now I get it. I have a feeling though, that Gamefreak won't make it a Mega though, because the first two fusions aren't Mega. I bet there will be some sort of DNA Splicer-combination-action. But yes, a lot of people will probably spectulate that it will be a Mega.
