Who should I choose for my first Johto Starter, before I restart?

All I'm missing is {metang} and {metagross} (which is being raised right now), and {latias} from mixing records for the Eon Ticket.

Feedback?

(I actually should upload some photos of Pokemon Box - I'm close to the full national dex!)

Wew, so you found that Feebas.

Well, nice! I decided to try to complete the pokedex in leafgreen after I found someone who can trade with me. I'm missing dragonair and dragonite, and all the Pokemon exclusive to firered. I'm going to do this. o_O

It's quite an achievement to earn a Johto starter in these 3rd gen games. Try to get them 3. :)

Good job! I don't think I ever completed a regional or national Pokedex prior to Gen 4 except for the original 150 in my Firered. Currently working on White 2 and X but I'll keep it at that since this thread is for the Hoenn region. But that's exciting! If there was still another game boy advance I had available to me I'd try to fill them out.

Feebas was actually the easiest part - I started by looking in the odd areas of the route - jagged edges and whatnot.

I bought the Eon ticket on eBay back in September, and borrowed my friend's Ruby last summer for Zangoose and whatnot.

For anyone nostalgic, there are GBAs online, from $25.

...You can buy special events on ebay, what? I'm going to check this I guess lol.

I aways tought the only way to get an event now, was to use a gameshark.

The Eon Ticket was an eCard.

They actually have printable e-cards now (check youtube), if you have the ecard reader.
I never got it to work, because I have sucky printers and paper quality. I also happened to get VERY lucky - particular point in time, the ticket only cost about $15. Two weeks before, and two weeks after, you couldn't touch it without 100USD bid.
