On the first Nidoking set, you have it listed for Aerial Ace/Megahorn for the last move. It can't learn Aerial Ace, just Nidoqueen.

Ancient Power from Togetic, Swords Dance from LGFR Move tutor i would imagine.

I Find this Seaking set works well:

Seaking (M) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Return
- Agility
- Megahorn
- Hidden Power [Rock]/[Ghost]/[Ground]

and, Pidgeot, with this set:

Pidgeot (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Fly
- Sub
- Attract

Gengar

Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave and HP Water are already listed under Magneton's Standard Movesets. Anyway, with an Adamant Nature for Magneton, Magneton's ability to Special Sweep with Thunderbolt and HP Water would be seriously hampered.

For Castform, Weather Ball works much better with rain dance, than water pulse/flamethrower/ice beam, and i find this works well:

Castform (M/F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Forecast
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sunny Day/Rain Dance
- Solar Beam/Thunder
- Weather Ball
- Thunder Wave

And, Masquerain:

Masquerain (M/F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 6 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice beam
- Agility
- Giga Drain/Hidden Power [Grass]

and... um.. Noctowl, it has 50 base attack

Noctowl (M/F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 172 HP / 84 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Reflect
- Faint Attack
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Qwilfish (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Poison Point/Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute
- Spikes
- Sludge Bomb

Smeargle (M/F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 6 anywhere else
Jolly/Timid Nature (+Spd, -SAtk/-Atk)
- Imprision
- Spore
- Mean Look/Spider Web
- Transform

Delibird has Hustle and Aerial Ace for a reason

Delibird (M/F) @ Choice Band/Leftovers
Trait: Hustle
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 6 Anywhere
Jolly/Adamant Nature (+Spd/+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Quick Attack/Rapid Spin
- Hidden Power [Ghost]/[Ground]
- Focus Punch/Something
Slowking/Slowbro (M/F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Own Tempo/Oblivious
Slowbro-EVs: 228 HP / 75 Def / 89 SAtk / 118 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
Slowking-EVs: 228 HP / 75 SDef / 89 SAtk / Def 118
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic/Ice beam/Flamethrower/Surf
- Thunder Wave/Rest
- Surf/Flamethrower/Psychic/Ice beam

BoahTar isn't in the standard sets?

Although the last I knew, the standards were going a little more into the current metagame. That doesn't mean that it's going to have exact duplicates from the Competitive Movesets Guide. There'd be no purpose to both then, and some people only care about in-game stuff. Also, some people don't even care about EVs.

I'm not dismissing any of the sets, though; I wouldn't have any control over that. :P

Why not give Ninjask:

Protect
Sunstitute
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
@ Liechi

Alright, I'll look through all these recent suggestions once I have the time. Then I'll update the guide accordingly. Take note of what tiger10x mentioned though; this set is geared towards in-game use and casual battling. In addition, keep in mind that these are only suggested sets that are commonly used. You do not have to stick to the moves given, but can vary them around as you please. It's not possible for us to list every single move that works well on each Pokemon. In the case of your Ninjask set, Magic Umbreon, the moveset can work, but it's only a slight variation of the suggested set iirc, so there's no real need to add it to the guide.

Shedinja only has 1 HP. 6 HP EV is a waste.

The moveset for Shedinja only uses Physical attacks when it comes to attacking. That means that you don't need Spec. Attack EVs. It's defense stats are useless as well as the HP stat because any one hit will kill it. Therefore, you're stuck with 252 in Attack and Speed and 6 anywhere you want to put them because it won't make any difference to its performance whatsoever.

Your Torkoal has little difference from the set(s) listed, except for the move Protect.

Very good job. Thank you so much.
Just a few corrections, though.

- Butterfree ~Silver Powder <-- I think it is Silver Wind
- Pidgeot Adamant | Guts <-- Pidgeot's only ability is Keen Eye
- Venomoth's moveset is in white instead of green

I intended to check the entire list, but it's too long. Maybe another day.

Edit from sN0w: Fixed, 23 Feb. Thanks.

With metagross, why is it that sludgebomb and shadowball are interchangeable?

Agility and Meteor Mash are there for the important Speed boost and STAB respectively. The remaining two slots can be any two other physical attacks, such as Brick Break, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, and Earthquake. As such, these four moves are actually interchangeable, and not just the two you mentioned. That's because any of these moves can fit into the main strategy of physical sweeping.

I've got a few suggestions and things to point out.

Raikou: the two sets are really similar, so I'd think that one could be deleted. The only real difference is the absense of Calm Mind, so you could just change it to Calm Mind/Thunder Wave.

Electabuzz: It's listed for HP Grass/Ice, although it can also learn Fire and Ice Punch. So it could be something like Fire Punch/Ice Punch/HP Grass.

Xatu: I'd think that a sweeping set would be a little more normal than a Toxic-based one. So here are two suggestions for a sweeping set:

Xatu @ Leftovers/Shell Bell
Timid | Synchronize
~Calm Mind
~Psychic
~Giga Drain
~Thunder Wave/Wish

Xatu @ Leftovers/Shell Bell
Timid | Synchronize
~Sunny Day
~Psychic
~Solarbeam
~HP Fire

Slowking: Same idea, only its standard doesn't involve Toxic. It could probably do well with the same thing that Slowbro has. Although I'd also suggest a Leftovers/Shell Bell and a Flamethrower/Ice Beam for the last move, just Flamethrower. That could affect Slowbro's set, too.

Raikou movesets merged, very slight edit to Electabuzz's set, Xatu sets added, and Slowking's set changed. Thanks.

Edit from tiger: Hmm... for some reason, I forgot the EVs. =x I just edited them into the sets in the guide.

Okay, thanks for the suggestions. I won't add them just yet, because tiger10x and I are working on an update for the Standard Movesets Guide. Once I get to the Hoenn sets I will take into consideration these sets that you have recommended.

I'd like to purpose changing the Agility in Sceptile's moveset to Attract.

With only 2 pokemon matching its speed (Alakazam and Dugtrio) and 9 other pokemon faster than it (Swellow, Aerodactyl, Jolteon, Crobat, Mewtwo, Electrode, Attack Deoxys, Ninjask, and Speed Deoxys), it has no need for a speed boost. However, with attract, it has a better chance of surviving the fight or at least having the foe switch out.

Yes, I've noticed that, too. :P

Like sN0w said, we're working on an update for the guide. In basic, we're reviewing each individual set and making changes where necessary. There are quite a few sets in there that could be much better, although most may just require a small change. Thanks for the suggestions though.
