on that tank deoxys, why is Calm Mind on there when there is no special attack, and Cosmic Power boosts Sp. Def anyway? It'd be better to add another tank move, no?

I didn't notice that. Maybe it was a typing error. Instead of Calm Mind, perhaps Reflect/Light Screen/Protect/Double Team could have been used instead.

As WPM pointed out to me, Starmie can't learn Calm Mind (But it should! :x ), so I've taken that off the Psydex Movesets, and replaced it with Recover.

Since there's still no Standard Movset for Miltank, here's one.
Miltank @ Lefties | Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack; 252 SP. Defense; 6 HP
~Heal Bell
~Return (Max Happiness)
~HP Flying (For Fighting Types)
~Attract
It might not be that good, but at least I tried.

The King's Rock gives your attacks a chance of causing the foe to flinch.

what about a sporepuncher??
Breloom@Quick Claw/Lefties
252 Attk 252 Spd 6 HP
Spore
Focus Punch
HP Ghost
Bulk Up/Mach Punch
if you choose quick claw for him then i suggest splitting the 252 evs for speed into speed and hp

Quick Claw only works 10% of the time. Soz, but thats too unreliable.

Okay, I see some problems... on the first Spinda set, you have 5 moves, and on the third Flygon set, you have 4 moves but 2 of them are Sandstorm.

That's strange. I swear they weren't like that before
But anyway, I've fixed them. Thanks for spotting the error.

I think the guide should be gone over to go with the current Metagame. If this is a guide for both in-game and competitive play..you'll need to split them apart. In-game teams are way more flexible than competitive teams.

just fyi, yanma cant learn baton pass, but here's a somewhat successful alternative i came up with...
@ leftovers
EVs all into Speed+Attack
Adamant Nature + Speed Boost Ability
Signal Beam
Aerial Ace
Hypnosis
Substitute
send out against a fairly slow pokemon (although yanma is pretty fast) and put it to sleep... set up a substitute to guard you when the enemy wakes up so you can put it to sleep again, and then just start attacking... ive swept away entire OU teams with this set...

Okay... Changed the Yanma set and added an additional Yanma set based on what Lynx recommended... Edited the Blastoise slightly too.
