I don't know how one would test this, but here is a Blissey counter:
@Lefties
Nature - Hasty
EVs: 252 Speed 252 Sp. Att 6HP
Mimic
Toxic
Imprison
Psychic
It's a bit hit and miss really, one starts off with Toxic to lower their HP, and as soon as the pink blob uses Softboiled, use Mimic to steal it. THen use Imprison. Toxic will wittle away its health, and it will be unable to Toxic you or recover. Nor will it be able to attack you with Seismic Toss (well it can) as you can recover away the damage with Softboiled that you mimicked (sp?) Psychic will take it out hopefully with the added poison effect.
Thanks for reading!

It may look good, but it's missing a huge detail. A Blissey would usually have two healing moves: Softboiled and Aromatherapy or Heal Bell. It also has Natural Cure as an Ability. If you took away Blissey's Softboiled with Imprison, it can still Aromatherapy/Heal Bell the Toxic away. If you Imprison the other move, you've got Softboiled and Natural Cure to deal with. Psychic will do very little damage, too. With Blissey's amazing HP and Special Defense, this will have very little effect. To put the answer easily, no, it won't work.

Damn. Oh well, thanks for having a look! I'll go and find another imprisoning, mimicking/softboiling skill swapping Poke. Thanks Tiger.
EDIT: Good idea, I think it's original.
Linoone @Choice Band
Nature Adamant?
252 Atk 252 Spd 6 HP
Trick
Toxic
Headbutt/Shadow Ball/Return
Belly Drum
Modus Operandi – Ideally, this should be used against something that likes to power up, that will underestimate Linoone, believing it to be a chance to boost the stats. For example, going up against a Calm Mind Blissey will allow it to use Trick, so that it will only be able to boost, rather than attack. This will allow you to Belly Drum (even if it switches out, it will be okay, though baton passed speed would help a lot here.)
Return for power, Headbutt for the flinch, and Shadow Ball if you think the opponent may have something that will be able to resist it (though there aren’t many Ubers that have a resistance to Normal, or at least, not that I can see.)
Toxic is there in case something goes wrong, and (again Baton Passed speed would be nice) it would be good to Poison the opponent before you go. However, this wouldn't work against a Blissey in that case, and could easily switched for the Shadow Ball.

Lock On + Zap Cannon isn't a particularly good strategy for competitive battling, because the foe can simply anticipate a deadly move upon your usage of Lock On, and switch accordingly. As for Tyranitar, a sweeper moveset isn't much of a creative set, so I'll say no to both, unless tiger10x or another rater has a different opinion. Good effort nonetheless.

We must have skipped over the Linoone edit somehow. Anyway, it's not all that original; I've seen Linoone being used with Trick multiple times. Commonly, it would have Extremespeed to go with Belly Drum, too. Anyway, it's basically one of those variation sets that isn't usually mentioned widely. It's not entirely a strategy of its own to be significant enough, but I'd probably do something if it could learn Extremespeed and Trick on the same set. (NYPC/Box vs breeding)
As for Magneton and Tyranitar, I pretty much agree with sN0wBaLL.

My first try at this let's see how it goes.
@Bright Powder
~Toxic
~Double Team
~Fly
~Confuse Ray
@Salac Berry
~Endeavor
~Endure
~Leaf Blade
~Counter
@Salac Berry
~Reversal
~Endure
~Rest
~Flame Thrower

Crobat: Toxic strategies with Crobat aren't that creative, and this would be a variation of the standard.
Sceptile: There have been some relatively recent similar sets for Sceptile (albeit Counter, but that doesn't make a huge difference), and the response to those could be found about a page or two back.
Typhlosion: What's the use of restoring your health when you have Endure and Reversal? (Thunderpunch or something else over Rest) Anyway, I'm not entirely sure about whether to include this. With the change, it would then be special sweeping with Endure and Reversal. I'm leaning towards "no," but maybe you or someone else could convince me otherwise. (by changing something)

Thinking of a Pokemon that had good HP and Massive Defensive stats so here is what I came up with.
@Leftovers
~Substitute
~Leech Seed
~Double Team
~Grass Whistle
@Lum Berry
~Flail
~Rain Dance
~Endure
~Surf
And that Typhlosion set only had Rest there just incase as opponent who was still faster came along or in a desperate situation. Not sure whether the Meganium or Kindra set has been done before.

About pokemaniacs meganium: In the BF there is a meganium wich is exactly the same; it certainly works (you have no idea how hard is to beat her) so it totally deserves to be included in the hall of fame in my opinion.
Has a tanky moveset for metagross been tested?
Metagross Lefties. Impish nature
252HP 100 Def 152Sp def
-Iron defence
-Light screen
-Rest
-Meteor mash
A decent tank and sweeper, meteor mash will hit hard many things, impish is for the nasty EQ weakness and metagross only has a -not very common-special weakness, so this set could work.

Oh wow, I must have skipped over this thread again... and again. :roll:
Meganium: There's a new drainer set planned, and I'll be dealing with this type of stuff shortly.
Kingdra: That one's been discussed a few pages back as well, maybe longer ago. I think I added it as a standard, but you can just search the thread if you want more info.
Metagross: Same with Meganium (although obviously not a draining Metagross).

Just because they work for you might not mean anything, for, like we've said before many times before, this thread is looking for creativity in addition to movesets which work well. Your three submitted sets are all kinda standard.

superwill_925: Those movesets aren't entirely creative nor would they be particularly effective. If you were looking for them to be actually rated, go to either the Hoenn or Sinnoh rating center (depending on what they were meant for).

Konichiwa, what anout an annoyer mismagious,
MISMAGIOUS@jolly@leftovers@(F)
1:confuse ray
2:thunder wave
3:attract
4:will-o-wisp
EVS: 252:HP 129:DEF 129:SP.DEF
While bieng a standard annoyer, It's not what you would expect from mismagious, at least I dont think you would...attract, confuse, then choose. Parylize if you need some time to heal, and burn if your feeling aggressive.
Double battle team with her works pretty well too, only change is attract for shadow ball. Also use...
TOGEKISS@jolly@leftovers@(F)
1:attract
2:follow me
3:sweet kiss
4:Aerial ace
EVS: 252:SPEED 252:HP 6:DEF/SP.DEF(your choice)
A new twist (I think)
Attract both of the opposing pokemon, then follow me like crazy while mismagious confuses the enemies in order to prevent them from attacking!
Parylize themboth unless thier ground, then burn them. Shadow claw while togekiss gets them to follow her. I think this strategy is fool proof, as nobody uses a pokemon with oblivious too often (not to my knowledge at least)and as long as they dont die while you set up, everything falls into place. If you wanted to replace aerial ace with metronome, you could, but I would keep aerial ace.

Okay, I might as well make this announcement now because it finally got more significant.
The Creative Movesets topic will not be accepting DP Pokemon until there is an available easy testing program (Competitor). Until then, feel free to post your DP stuff, but it will not be commented on immediately. All submissions will be directly compared to the DP Standards in my recent guide.
(You can also still post Adv stuff, and that would have a higher priority than DP at the moment)
Alkhazor: I'll check out your post later (days).

Old Pokemon with D/P move.
@ Lefties
Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Spd
Impish?
~Power Trick
~Double Team
~Toxic/Rest
~EQ/other attack move
Idk how creative that is, but meh.
Double Team 6 times. Rest. Power Trick. Rape. If they miss you, they're screwed. 600 attack doesn't exactly tickle.

I don't really use a team. I just mix and match the Pokemon I have trained.

I got one...
Bronzong@leftovers
impish|252 def 129 spdef 129 atk
heatproof
~gyro ball
~earthquake
~imprison
~curse (learnable?)/toxic
Well, the only "creative" part would have to be imprison/earthquake, cuz earthquake is about the only ground move people use, and ground is his only weakness if he has heatproof. I really hope he can learn curse...

Well, I admit I forgot about this topic.
Mismagius and Togekiss: I didn't realize this was meant to be a double battle thing before. Maybe you could post it in the 2v2 guide for that hall of fame, but I would assume that that would be in the same state as this regarding DP and testing stuff.
Shuckle: I've read about this strategy and even messed with these ideas myself. It will not work unless it gets very very lucky with Double Team, and once it's all set up, it will die in one physical hit. Basically, it absolutely relies on Double Team being set up effectively in the beginning, which won't be anything to count on. So, I'd say no.
Bronzong: Saanaito is right about the inability to learn Curse. I guess this can be up for testing later, but to be honest, I don't think it will work very well.

Well, I'll take a crack at being creative with my favorite pokemon, Registeel.
@Wide Lens/Wise Glasses ; Quiet nature
-Flash Cannon
-Hyper Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
EV's: Sp. Atk-252 :: HP-168 :: Def-90
Here it is, a Sp. Atk Registeel. All of the moves are special, although Focus Blast is a might bit innaccurate. This is where you must choose to give Reigsteel Wide Lens, which increases accuracy (to help Focus Blast and Hyper Beam hit more often), or to give it Wise Glasses which raise the damage of its special attacks.
I hope this hasn't been attempted before...because of my dial-up, it would take me ages to sift through every page to check and see if this has been attempted yet.

Well, it is creative, but the chances of it ever working are quite low. Maybe something like Charge Beam, and Substitute and/or some way of allowing it to power up effectively first would be better. If you can come up with something better, I'll see what else I can do with it when I can start testing DP stuff.
