Leftovers are typically exlcuded from Item Clause because of how common they are. Since there is no mention of it anywhere, are we still only allowed 1 per team?

Ok, thanks. but I have another question.
Would we still be able to have the move in the Pokemon moveset as long as we don't use it in the match? I know that's a kinda wierd question, but I want to make sure I won't have to replace a move for a crappy one because I didn't have time to find a better move.

Moveset question. Are they set in stone? Meaning that we can't use TM/HM's to change them between rounds?

I have not heard of Leftovers being excluded from the Item Clause before, and since only four Pokemon battle, you should be able to find three more items.
If a banned move is used, it will result in a forfeit situation. As long as you don't use it, I suppose it's fine, but I really suggest you keep banned moves off anyway.
Movesets cannot be changed during the tournament. The roster sent to me will be permanent throughout the tournament. (Of course, you can change something before the first round starts though)

Sorry tiger... I never make myself specific enough so I'm not gonna get angry at you...
what I meant was, are there times set yet? Ex. 9:00 pm GMT -5
If not, tell me please. KTHXBYE
On another note, some people can use AR to get legit hacked pokemon. How are we to be aware of those? I'm not really sure if its still against the rules to have a legit hacked pokemon or not. I would think it is but not sure.
P.S. KTHXBYEAGIN

Some people are able to hack Pokemon so perfectly that the Pokemon are found to be legit 100% with no flaws showing it's a hacked....I don't suppose we can do anything about these pro hackers but I think we should be able to identify a hacked Pokemon if the person who hacked it was a noob hacker....

Munchlax911: Times set for what? If you mean what time you and your opponent battle, you determine that with him/her. If you mean the deadline time for turning in rosters, just do it before Friday because that's when battles start.
Also, a legit, hacked Pokemon is kind of impossible. Anyway, please don't worry about it. In all seriousness, the more this is being discussed, the more the hackers can think that they can get away with it. If it isn't mentioned as much, it won't be brought to as much attention or some people wouldn't even realize it. Please, just stop worrying. I don't see anyone complaining that there is a random number being used every time damage is done and that that number can ultimately decide a game.

One question...do all the 1st round of battles have to be finished on Friday or is Friday just when it starts and there's a deadline for it?

I'm starting to wonder if these questions are actual questions and not "lol postcount plus one."
Read the first post that clearly states when the battles should start and when the deadline is.

The first round has been postponed for two days. Already scheduled battles can still take part if they were to take place before Sunday, but the bracket's deadline will not be postponed. Two extra days will also be added onto round one, and the deadline for battles will now be (before) Wednesday. The bracket and that stuff will be updated then, and the next round's organizing and gambling can begin.
The delay was caused by a lack of rosters that were submitted. I did not receive them all, and I need them in order for this to run. Otherwise, people will fill this topic with two more pages of "omg cheetars will blah blah etc." I'm also becoming suspicious of how many participants actually read the first post. >_>

Now, pokereaper, why would you lie to everyone like that? You have to drop out because you've just been banned for creating an alternate account to evade your probation.

Hey, I'm not really wanting to do this. So, lets say we fought and call it you won, deal? I really don't care. You win. Thats thats...
I'd just like to get that off my chest. But now, since he is banned, do I automatically get sent to round two? I promise I will try to attend that one, even though my mom had a firewall on her computer and thats my only connection .
Jigglypuff, just a question. Why was he on probation? I know you have the right to ignore me but just asking.

Sorry that I missed the first round... I had ALOT of Christmas related get togethers with my family, about four or something. Also I had New Years stuff too, so I suppose I technically lost anyway, right?
Can someone tell me what exactly is going on though, such as am I out of the tournament or what? I guess I don't mind anyway...

I think you should just get your match done, even though it's late. You're going to screw up the bracket if you drop out.

The bracket has been updated. A link can be found in the first post. Some first round battle results never found their ways to me, so in some cases delays or random winners were selected (based on who contacted me or not). All delayed matches should be finished before the end of the second round, which starts on Saturday and lasts until Monday. All battle results for that round must be submitted before Tuesday, and I will update the bracket again on that day. Here is the list of second round battles:
First round continuations:
CHJB vs Crunchy
mudkipman vs Sapphirath
Medichamrulez vs champ cynthia
thekiller0703 vs Pokemaniac
Actual second round battles:
Winners bracket:
4ever_bug_catcher vs KOL40
Krisp vs undertaker
Munchlax911 vs Edgat
Roar Of Time vs Lightning
RussianRanger1 vs Grey
Losers bracket:
Auzzie vs Jordan W
Skull Kid vs ShinyHunter07
Treeckoluv vs userpr
ZGW vs mrz.bob
All people without battles listed are not eliminated; they have to wait for their next opponents. If battles are delayed, this will happen.

In that case, I've added your match back to the continuations list.

I've tried to get a battle with Saphirath but he hasn't responded to our PM yet. The time I suggested is in like Twenty Minutes, but since he hasn't responded I don't think it will happen.

You would face the loser of the CHJB vs. Crunchy match. The round ends today, so I'm guessing the brackets will be updated soon.

Lightning vs Auzzie
Skull Kid vs ShinyHunter07
