Need a tank+annoyer for my team

I've been researching a lot, but I cant seem to find a good tank or a good annoyer for my team for a local tournament, I've been thinking either blissey or groudon/kyorge (tank) and dusknoir or umbreon for an annoyer. My team is: mewtwo (sp. sweeper) darkrai (status, sp sweeper) regigigas (physical sweeper) and latios (sp sweeper). So if anyone out there has good advice for this that would help alot.

umbreon/dusknoir. If you have Black and White, Ferrothorn. Crobat is not tankish, but is good too.

Seriously, you have to guess it's only weakness, and it's defensive stats are amazing. in terms of how much it can annoy opponents... I'm not sure, but I'm sure it can. |
